Hours of OperationHillcrest Davidson and Associates understands the importance of maintaining flexible hours for our clients so that your customers will be able to contact us at a variety of different hours throughout the day. For this reason, we maintain the hours of 9am to 9pm on Monday through Friday Central Standard Time. We also have collectors who work on Saturday to accommodate those customers who are not able to call during the regular work week. This affords your customers a substantially more convenient time period in which to make telephonic account payoffs.
