Retention ProgramBeing able to capitalize on the specialized experience of our senior management team as a Chief Operating Officer in the security industry with one of the largest independently owned security companies has been invaluable for our retention program. It enables our collectors to maximize the contact with your customers by re-selling them on the intrinsic value of their security system. Specifically, we not only collect the past due balance on their account (not the accelerated balance), but we go a step further. We present compelling reasons to the customer to sign/agree to enter a new agreement with new terms and conditions utilizing our retention skills developed from years of experience working in the security industry. Evidence of these retention skills may be found from our ability to resign approximately twenty percent (20%) of those customers that are now participating in this program, courtesy of the results of our retention efforts.
